Meet the Team

Bryan Sipple -

How do we describe our Chief Operating Officer, Bryan Sipple?  Let’s just say he was born to be a builder!  As a 4th generation carpenter, there was never a doubt that he would go on to a successful career in the construction industry.  While working side by side with his grandfather and father since age 12, they instilled in him the discipline and drive that he possesses today.  Bryan credits his mother for his outgoing personality and charisma.

Bryan’s strong work ethic and commitment to quality is what built Classic Custom Homes.  He is not just building the American Dream, he’s living it!  Working side by side with his wife Jennie, they have proven that with discipline and hard work, anything is possible.

Bryan has been in the construction field for over three decades.  His expertise is in new home construction, multi-family construction, and residential and commercial remodeling.  He has worked hands-on in many aspects of construction, and now manages each and every project himself.  This personal hands-on approach is what separates CCH from the others.   With the reputation of Classic Custom Homes on the line, it is important to Bryan that the finest quality products are used and delivered for an affordable price.

Giving back to others in need is very important to Bryan and Classic Custom Homes.  Bryan gives generously to the American Cancer Society after losing some dear friends and family members to cancer.  He also gives to the Shiners Hospital for Children.

When Bryan is not working, he enjoys spending time at his cabin.  A true outdoorsman, his best days are spent with friends and family while snowmobiling, 4-wheeling, or boating.  His best partner to share these activities is his dog Scooter, who is an avid 4-wheeler and jet-skier (it’s true – ask to see the photos).

Jennie Sipple -

Jennie Sipple wears many hats at Classic Custom Homes – as Customer Operations Manager and Corporate Officer she is involved in nearly all aspects of the business.  As the wife of Bryan Sipple, Jennie serves in virtually every capacity of the organization.  She acts as contract liaison, to selection specialist, to financial close out.  As a licensed Realtor, she negotiates the best possible land costs for each project.  Jennie holds herself to the highest standards so your project is completed on-time and in-budget.

Jennie’s work experience has been in construction since 2005 when she joined Bryan in Classic Custom Homes.  Prior to joining the company, Jennie was a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt focusing on quality and process improvement by identifying inefficiencies and waste.  Prior to her Quality Management career, she spent 19 years in the travel industry as a Travel Agent, Travel Agency Manager and Owner, and finally a Corporate Travel Call Center Manager.

Jennie attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire majoring in Psychology.  She obtained a degree from Travel Careers School in Milwaukee, WI and later her Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from Six Sigma Academy.

Once again, the American Cancer Society is the charity of choice for Jennie and the Sipple family.  She also gives generously to the American Family UW Children’s Hospital and St. Judes Children’s Research Hospital.  Both facilities do life-changing work each day, and Jennie gains much inspiration from their actions.

When Jennie is not working, she enjoys spending time at her cabin with Bryan and friends and family.  She enjoys traveling, snowmobiling, 4-wheeling, golfing, and hanging out with her teenage daughter, Bailee.  Jennie likes to relax with her dog Daisy, who does not 4-wheel or jet-ski like Scooter does.

Nicki Frazier -

Nicki Frazier has been a vital team member at Classic Custom Homes since March 2011. Hired originally as Office Manager, her position has grown into more of a Finance role.  With her high level of care and professionalism, Nicki is responsible for Accounts Receivable/Payable functions as well as reporting to the Officers regarding sales figures.  The team and our industry partners value her hard work ethic and attention to detail.  Nicki is also responsible for virtually all Office Administration functions such as human resource duties, waivers, and insurance.

While in school, Nicki received the coveted National Merit Scholarship.  After majoring in journalism and marketing in college, Nicki’s career has taken her in a different direction to the construction business.  Prior to joining the CCH team, she spent 3 years within the industry working for a company that did Interior Buildouts, and even spent a year in Florida working for a company that built hotels.  Various other positions included Executive Assistant to the founder of the UGG Boot Company in Carlsbad, California.

If you think that Nicki likes to travel, you would be correct!  She looks forward to her annual family vacation to Sweden to visit her sister.  When she is not working or traveling, Nicki enjoys reading, walking her dog, going to movies, and shopping!  She is also an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys a relaxing canoe trip on the Wisconsin River.

Nicole Hartmann -

We're happy to have Nicole Hartmann as part of our Classic Custom Homes team since the beginning of 2012.  Her role at CCH began with Property Manager of our rental units but has grown into so much more.  Nicole came to us with a strong Property Management background, and we feel lucky to have her expertise in managing the CCH and RCI rental properties. Since her hire, however, she's become a much more integral part of the Classic team.  She handles the scheduling of our jobs, the bidding of current and prospective jobs, scheduling service work for current homeowners, and handles a lot of the communication between homeowners, subs, and the office.

She also plays a vital role with the Office Team.  We look to Nicole to broaden our presence in the community by handling the Social Networking aspect of the business.  If you have not yet had the opportunity to work with Nicole, she will certainly interact with you through our ongoing newsletters.

Nicole was nominated 1 of 3 Women of Distinction of 2011 by the YWCA of Madison.  In addition, she has received the Green Feather Award by the Worthington Park Neighborhood Association for volunteering more than 100 hours to community projects.  We are proud to have such a strong community leader as part of our team!

Nicole attended University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire and Madison College and holds a Paralegal Science Degree and Certification.

When she is not working or volunteering for community projects, Nicole enjoys snowboarding, snowmobiling, playing piano, and watching ridiculous reality shows!  She also gives to charitable organizations such as “Shelter from the Storm” Pet Adoptions (where she adopted her kitten, Gizmo) and the ASPCA for the Prevention of Animal Cruelty.  (On a side note, Daisy and Scooter are happy to hear this!)

Mike Joslin -

Mike Joslin has been a member of the Classic Custom Homes team since July 2012.  He is the Project Manager and head of our Remodeling Division. He is responsible for meeting with prospective clients for estimating and drawing and scheduling all concepts of the project from start to finish.   Mike comes to us with many years of experience in the field of remodeling and construction.  We are very excited to have him as part of our team and expanding our expertise and knowledge in the remodeling world.

Mike has worked in the building industry for about 46 years, since high school!  He has been the production foreman for a panelized home builder for 6 years and was in charge of all production employees, shipping & receiving.  He was in the home building and remodeling business for himself in Illinois for 17 years and remodeling in Wisconsin for 2 years.  He has also worked in sales doing estimating for the lumber buyer and has worked in remodeling sales for 3 years.

Mike has an Intro to Business degree and a real estate license in Illinois.  He is also a member of the First Presbyterian church and gives to the Disabled Veterans cause.

In his free time (what free time!), he enjoys spending time with his kids and grand kids, riding his Harley, and working in his yard and garden.

Brandon Ripp -

Brandon Ripp is our newest member of the Classic Custom Homes team.  He will be our in-house draftsperson and Architectural Designer.  His role here at Classic is the drawing and implementing of our new projects and remodeling.  Over time, we hope to see his emphasis in other areas as well.  Brandon comes from a drafting and construction background and we are proud to have him join our team.

Paula Simons -

Paula Simons has been a member of the Classic Custom Homes team since 2008 and now works for us part-time from home.  Her role at CCH is one of our Architectural Designers.  As a custom home builder, it is essential that we continue to stay ahead of the competition with multiple options for ideas on new projects.

Paula holds an Associate’s Degree in Architectural Technology from Western Technical College in La Crosse, WI and graduated with honors.  She began her college career at Winona State University and is now completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from UW Platteville.

When Paula is not working, she enjoys traveling.  She took a small hiatus from CCH in 2010 when she decided to move to Denver, Colorado.  While continuing as our “Draftsperson Extraordinaire” in Denver, she was badly missed by the team at CCH. Eventually our “persuasiveness” paid off and she returned to Wisconsin and Classic Custom Homes.

Now that her roots are firmly planted in the Madison area, she enjoys going to her family cabin, spending time with her young nephews, and hanging with friends.  Paula is the only team member at CCH that has jumped from an airplane!  She also enjoys volunteering for charitable organizations such as Habitat for Humanity.
