I really appreciate your guy that was left to clean up.
I noticed that a plastic food container blew from my neighbors garbage into the back yard.
Later, I went outside to see how it looked after day 3...there was the guy picking up and I noticed the food container was not up against the tree in the back yard. It was in his wheelbarrow with the other garbage from the construction that was in the yard.
That is impressive! He did not just clean up the stuff from construction, he went the extra mile.
Good to have employees like that!

My experience of building a home with Classic Custom Homes of Waunakee has exceeded my expectations.

I had been looking at existing homes in the Madison area and as far north as Portage. I always walked away feeling empty and wondering if I would ever have a place that I would be proud to call home. Never in my wildest dreams did I think that I would be able to build. Being a single person, my number one goal was to stay within a budget. Bryan made sure that this goal was accomplished.

Bryan and I chose four different plans. After reviewing my “wish list” of things that I wanted in my house, Bryan and I decided on a plan that would fit my needs on all levels.

From the start, I was treated with respect. Bryan together with the guys in the field, sub-contractors, financing lender and office staff provided outstanding service. Bryan’s team was attentive to my concerns and kept me informed during the whole process.

I remain very impressed with the service and quality of Classic Custom Homes of Waunakee.  I am absolutely in love with my house!    One of my neighbors called my house, "The jewel of the neighborhood!"  I agree.   And I am sooooo glad that I have the lot that I have.   I love my location!  There were owls hooting the day after Halloween at 4 AM.  I wasn't all that fond of that at the time, but it is very cool to think that my neighborhood is a kind of a natural site.  I am simply in love with it all!
