Schedule:  Every appointment that was made was kept and all work was completed on time.  In fact, the job was completed about one week early.

Workmanship:  From the time we broke ground through all of the finishing touches, all work was completed professionally.  The level of pride that CCH takes in their work was exceptional and was extremely refreshing to be around.

Integrity:  Obviously honesty and integrity are qualities you pride yourself on.  Every promise you made was kept; every commitment was honored.  The original contract price was only exceeded by items we, the owners, decided to include during construction.

My experience of building a home with Classic Custom Homes of Waunakee has exceeded my expectations.

I had been looking at existing homes in the Madison area and as far north as Portage. I always walked away feeling empty and wondering if I would ever have a place that I would be proud to call home. Never in my wildest dreams did I think that I would be able to build. Being a single person, my number one goal was to stay within a budget. Bryan made sure that this goal was accomplished.

Bryan and I chose four different plans. After reviewing my “wish list” of things that I wanted in my house, Bryan and I decided on a plan that would fit my needs on all levels.

From the start, I was treated with respect. Bryan together with the guys in the field, sub-contractors, financing lender and office staff provided outstanding service. Bryan’s team was attentive to my concerns and kept me informed during the whole process.  

I believe that in today’s economy we are flooded with sales pitches however the true test is service after the sale. I can unconditionally say that this has been equally impressive. They arrived when they said they would, did what had to be done to my satisfaction and left.  The end result is a beautiful new home that fits my lifestyle and more importantly it is affordable and my own.

To this day my decision to use Classic Custom Homes of Waunakee has been re-affirmed time and time again that it was the right choice. When I am ready to finish my lower level, Classic Custom Homes of Waunakee will be my builder of choice.

Due to job relocation we found ourselves on a house hunting trip in the Madison area.  After a long couple of days of learning about the Madison area and looking at homes on the market, we fell in love with the Waunakee area.  After deciding on the Waunakee area to raise our two children we walked through a home built by Classic Custom Homes of Waunakee.  If this house had not already been under contract we would have bought it.  This home stood out from all the others we looked at on that 4 day house hunting trip.  Classic Custom Homes builds homes where quality is obvious.

We have built 2 other homes and knew from looking at this builders’ projects that we wanted to work with him.  We met with Bryan Sipple and worked with his team to determine a time frame for our home to be completed.  It was important for us to have our home built in a timely fashion as we wanted our children to start the school year off in Waunakee.  Our home was completed in approximately 4 months.  Bryan and his team really worked quickly and efficiently for us without sacrificing any quality.

This home is by far the highest quality and most beautiful home we have ever built.  We are thoroughly enjoying our home and will be forever grateful to Bryan and his team at Classic Custom Homes of Waunakee for building our dream home.  This team goes above and beyond expectations to work with the homeowner and produce a home they will love.
