At Classic Custom Homes of Waunakee, we pride ourselves on having two of the best in-house draftspeople on our staff. You will work closely with our draftsman to design your perfect home. They work together on many projects to turn around your plan in a timely and efficient manner. This is unique to Classic Custom Homes as many other builders use contract employees to design your home, which may not actually be a part of their team and therefore not accountable for all the details. This can end up delaying the design or build process and can add undue costs to you for a home that may or may not be “custom” or a one-of-a-kind home.

We are not a cookie cutter builder and do not like to duplicate our product as some builders do. Your home should be unique and built specifically for you! Whether you are looking to build a family home that suits your short term needs, or want to build your forever home, our building standards will remain constant. We will not sacrifice the structural integrity of the home no matter what your budget is! If you think you need to “settle” or sacrifice quality to meet your budget, this is not true with a Classic Custom Home. You can afford quality!
