Joe & Jean Scolaro are building a ranch home in the Christmas Mountain Golf Estates subdivision in Wisconsin Dells. This is a private, residential community in the hills of the WI Dells. There is an 18 hole golf course and is co-located with Christmas Mountain Village, but has separate entrances. The Scolaro’s home will include 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, covered front porch, wood flooring throughout, large kitchen with an island and pantry, dinette with access to the 3-season porch and deck, a mudroom with separate laundry room, and a master suite with a walk in closet and double vanity. Their home will also have the potential to finish the lower level. The lower level basement will include two more bedrooms, another bathroom, family room, game room, exercise room and extra storage. We are happy to be apart of this project and can’t wait to get started.
