Steve & Pok Schultz

We are pleased to be building Steve & Pok Schultz’s dream home in Poynette.  This four bedroom ranch is perfect for both couples and family living.  It features an open floor plan with a separate formal dining room.  They will enjoy their privacy with split guests bedrooms and master bedroom.  The master bedroom features a custom shower and large walk-in closet.  Everything is planned for their future, with ADA accessible entrances and zero step entryways into the house and into the shower, along with grab bars and handicap accessible spaces.  The lower level is fully customized with another bedroom, exercise room, bathroom, family and wet bar, and brew room with a dog wash!  We really look forwarded to working with both Steve & Pok and we can’t wait to see it completed!
