Heidi Little

We are excited to work with Heidi Little on her project in the town of Pacific (Pardeeville area) in the beautiful new Pacific Ridge subdivision.  This two story has great exterior curb appeal with it’s cultured stone and grand entryway.  The first floor is great for parents or grandparents because of it’s first floor master suite, open kitchen and dinette, laundry room, walk-in pantry, powder bath, open mudroom, and front flex room that can be used as an office or formal dining room.  This home features a 2-story great room, 3-car garage, rear patio, and all the amenities you could ask for.  the second floor is complete with three bedrooms, two of which share a jack-and-jill bathroom and one that has it’s own private bath suite with shower.  Congratulations Heidi!
