We are very excited to be working with Kyle & Ashley Rule on their custom home on Lot 58, River’s Turn in Deforest, WI (Dane County). They are building a ranch style home with a very livable 1,802 square feet with future lower level finish of 1,012 square feet. The home features an attractive exterior with cultured stone, cement board shakes, and upgraded solar defense siding along with a spacious 3-car garage. This open floor plan really has it all with corner gas fireplace, plenty of light from the 3-panel patio doors, and large kitchen island and walk-in pantry. The master bath features a custom tiled shower with a future free standing master tub. Dual vanities and walk-in closet make this master suite perfect for any couple.
